About the Institute

Year of creation: November 3, 1943. After several transformations, the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan in its current status was established on February 17, 2017 on the basis of the Institute of Mathematics at the National University of Uzbekistan.
Director: Director: DSc, professor, academician Ayupov Shavkat Abdullaevich.
Employees: Employees: Researchers - 135, including: doctors of science - 55 (of which 7 are academicians), candidates of science and PhD - 52, without a degree - 28. In addition, doctoral students - 5, PhD students - 29, interns-researchers - 8, others employees – 32.
